    Hi, I'm Elizabeth.
New challenge for me - Yay!
I'm fighting a nagging hip injury, so I'm going to reach for 1500 minutes this month.

I'm on vacation through the 12th. Until I get home, I will use Fitbit 'Active Minutes.' After that, it'll be Endomondo logging hikes/walks and the stopwatch I set for dance class...

    Sat 1 - 62 minutes walking
    Sun 2 - Rest day
    Mon 3 - 38 minutes swimming
Tue 4 - 48 minutes mma fitness class and 101 minutes Fencing
Wed 5 - 41 minutes fitness and 75 minutes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Thur 6 - 47 minutes HIIT fitness and 96 minutes Fencing

    Total: 508/3000 (2492 to go)

Woke up with a migraine so missed my weights class and instead ended up in a super HIIT fitness class. It was super tough and I grumbled but when I got to fencing I remembered why I do this and was grateful to my trainer. He has pushed me hard in three sessions this week, I'm sore but it is totally worth it. Looking forward to today which will include a trail run, bjj and probably another tough fitness class!

Hi Heather. Wow, I'm impressed that you getting moving again so quickly. Well done, but be gentle. I had my gal bladder removed a number of years ago. Unfortunately I didn't do much exercise then and this year has been tough building up my core muscles again. I had a cyst and they had to cut a 30cm wide incision across my stomach so all my muscles where severed. I now look back and wish I had put in the time to rehab them properly then.
