I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 110 pounds. I'm currently 119 pounds up and down a few sometimes. Very close to my goal. I had reached 160 pounds on anti depressant, it ruined my life. Back to normal weight now and I've been exercising daily. My body fat percentage has reached 21% and going down but I still have a bit of belly fat when I sit it gets accumulated. working on getting abs right now.

I am 57 years old. I have no idea how much I weigh now. I last weighed around 142 and my goal weight is 125. I got down to 135lbs and was a size 10. Then March 1, 2015 I started doing strong lift 5x5. I then lost 17 inches and am now a size 5-7 depending on fit. I also went from doing 21 to 24 hours of cardio every week to ZERO I only do strong lift 5x5 for an hour every other day. I also changed from eating 1260 calories to 1600 +. I started lifting with a 12.5 lb bar and now lift 109 lbs squat, 100lb sumo squat, bench 83lbs, barbell row 89lbs, over head press 62lbs, and deadlift 137lbs.

I don't really restrict what i eat! I have a sweet tooth. I do try to stay around 1600 calories but at least twice a week I go over. It's the muscle that makes the difference!2 -
5'3 lost 55lbs and 75 inches so far by weightlifting and hiit cardio

Wow! I've got to start lifting more weights... you all are so inspiring! I am 5'3" and just stared a few weeks ago - no before and after yet (at least not that really show any difference! - other than just being happier and not so bloated feeling!) Keep sharing this thread is great!0

New to the site. Probably won't post much, but having seen this thread I just want to say you all look amazing, some really great transformations here. Keep up the fantastic work!0
