5'5" Started at 300+, one year later I'm at 199, and still going strong!

There are many amazing stories on this thread that have inspired me and given me the confidence to start my own journey - so many brave people willing to share their experiences! Have been terrified of committing to such a big change, but having just turned 28 and with all of these terrific role models to follow, I really feel motivated. Thank you everyone who took the time to post here!

94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014

I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!

I LOVE these - this is my 1st time back in 10 months and looking at this reminds me why I am coming back here to start again - seeing these pictures is what is also going to help. Knowing so many of you have changed to a healthier you and the transformations - I can do this, I want to be a success story as well.

Nice one mamadon! That must have taken some serious work! You look beautiful and so much more comfortable! And in such a short amount of time! I bet people don't believe that you're the same person!
