    Hi! Newbie to this challenge..

    Aiming for 1000 mins
    1st Aug - 20 mins
    2nd Aug - 20 mins

    3rd Aug - 20 mins

    4th Aug - 20 mins

    Will try and aim for more once my body stops being in shock!
    Doing 30 day shred and will incorporate walking and biking.

    5th Aug - 20 mins
    6th Aug - 40 mins

    7th Aug - 55 mins
