Successes/struggles this week: I really don't know. Workouts were completed consistently, logging in diary and staying within calorie intake was good. The one thing I would say is sweets. Even though I did not go over my calorie intake (like in the past) I made choices for sweets instead of a healthier choice. I'll try harder this week.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Cookout on Saturday worried me because all the food was casseroles with lots of butter and cheese, and there were BBQ ribs. I let myself eat what I wanted to, but they were small portions: just 2-3 bites worth. I struggled Sunday because I was in the "cheating" mindset, and I allowed others to influence my food choices on Monday. I was barely over (36 calories), but I knew I made the wrong choice at lunch. However, I feel like I redeemed myself on Tuesday. I walked 4.5 miles in just over an hour, and I felt amazing afterwards.0 -

Pounds are impossible to budge with my desk job. Have added a second HIIT and more walking; and temporarily stopped Crossfit so that I could shed the pounds.
