    OH. MY. GOD. That's a b*tch! I almost died. I managed to do everything (well, the modified version, at least!) except the push ups. Just couldn't push out that many. Oh well, to try again tomorrow!

    I started yesterday but I'd love to be in on this.

    Waist: 43"
    Hips: 52"
    Left arm: 13.5"
    Right arm: 14"
    Left thigh: 27.5"

    Neck: 16"


    Edit: I *just* finished day 2 of level 1 and I did better than yesterday but it still kicked my *kitten*! I love the feeling though, especially when I wake up and can feel the burn throughout my body.

    I'm in too please! I started on Monday so today is my day 3 on the shred. I'm finding it to be a good workout - breaking a sweat for sure! I'm hoping to increase my muscle tone and lose another 8 - 10 pounds.

    Here are my measurements as of May 28th:

    Weight: 120
    Height: 5'2
    Chest: 32
    Waist smallest: 25
    Waist bellybutton: 29.5
    Hips: 38.7
    Upper thigh: 22.3
    Calf: 14.7
    Upper arm: 10.5

    - I broke a sweat
    - I could feel it burning
    - It was really short!! Over with as soon as I was starting to get bored - excellent!

    I took my before pictures, I'm really really hoping to see some results - mostly some muscle definition and just tighten things up.

    Hi Harliesmom,

    I just found this site too. I was googling nutrition facts on purple Kale to see if it had the same wonderful qualities as green kale and then ended up here. I belong to a couple other similar free sites but haven't found them as helpful. This site appears more user friendly...uh, or it could be I am more ready to be serious about this again!

    Your post struck me immediately when I read it, I'm with you on this! Is it 30 pounds in 30 days?

    Day one is done. Did the video with my 10 year old son this evening. I think he wanted to stop and rest more than I did, but we made it!

    Did day 1 on level 1 tonight, and definitely feel it. Especially after doing Jillian's Hot Bod in a Box card 8 over lunch. My arms will be sore tomorrow.

    I'm so glad I found this thread! I started this yesterday with my sister. Would love to follow along with you guys.

    I was actually hoping to ask if any had any ideas on what to use for exercise calculations on this? Maybe Aerobics? Is there any way to suggest to Fitness Pal to add in the Shred?

    Day one done! This is what I am calling my "Jumpstart June!". I am starting to plateau (not to mention getting a bit bored with my routine) and I think 30 days straight with Jillian Michaels is exactly what I need! So glad for this group to motivate me!
