I need some motivation today and I love seeing everyone's before and after pics. It's amazing how much seeing someone else reach their goals can help you reach yours .

My before photo (July 2012) is one I'd been saving for a special occasion -- but man, I've been feeling discouraged lately, so it seems like as good an occasion as any. The before is my highest weight. The current is from last month, about 100 pounds difference.

@soldiergrl_101 thank-you!!
I started in Nov...and being short (barely 5'1) stuck to 1200 calories with eating back exercise calories. I eventually added HIIT and strength-training...which I do 6x a week. I just reached maintenance...so will play around to see where my maintenance level is. I have no desire to lose anymore weight...just continue to tone.0 -

I found it best to start slow...I was more likely to stick to it adding things over time. So focused on diet first...then added exercise...and increased that over time, too.
So good job and keep adding little by little to your weights as you are comfortable.0 -
so Pandora721 can I ask what your starting weight was and what you are down to now? You look amazing for it only being 9 months since you started.0

Well it's not as good as these transformations but what's the harm? Started at 9.2 stone now at 11.2 roughly, still looking to gain a lot more though. So any tips on increasing appetite or supplement recommendations would be very gratefully received. Already had some good advice from people on here but more the merrier .
