    Didn't realize we had mini challenges! I met yesterday's without even realizing it was there.

    Well on my way to meeting today's. With the heat wave we're having I'm going through at least 4 liters of water a day!

    Oh yes we do!!! This mini-challenge is already in the bag... drank my 12 glasses of water and WILL be under..,. still need a snack before bed, but I will choose wisely!!!! We got this!

    Killed the challenge for Wednesday. I burned BIG time while I was in the pool (but now I look like a lobster), so I have a LOT of calories I can eat (especially since I haven't eat a whole lot today - just enough to keep myself out of starvation).

    Wednesday challenge done....nine glasses of water down, perhaps another by bedtime. Under calories, did 75 minutes of cardio/weights now I have more calories to eat too. A great day today, hope all is doing well.

    Base calorie goal was 1450 I came in at 1433. I also drank my 8 glasses of water, we went to the park and walked our legs off.

    Having a hard time getting the waters in, but exercise is good! Love the mini challenges and am confident about Team Pearl's weigh in on Sunday!

    Oops, didn't catch the Wednesday challenge but... I did meet under calories part (right on actually) - won't get enough h2o in but got 6 glasses... may get in 1 more before bed but... the last time I tried to drink too much before bed... well, let's just say I didn't get much sleep;)
