Currently at around 77kg, short term goal is 80, long term is 90. It's a long way off yet.0

5'6" - goal weight is 150, but I'm focused more on healthy living rather than the number. I am working towards making fitness and clean eating a foundation of my life rather than my usual "dieting".0

start weight: 165lbs (75kg)
goal weight: 132lbs (60kg)
current: 125.x lbs (around 57kg)
Had some problems finding my maintenance calories and lost quite a bit more than planned. I certainly don't want to lose more and I think I found the right amount of calories now. I'll probably find out in a couple of months as I'm traveling a fair bit and have no idea how much I'm eating there. Plus I always pack on quite a bit of water weight from flights. Thus my realistic weight and calorie tracking is somewhat patchy at the moment.0 -

6'7, 28 years old. current weight is 124, goals is 121. range is 120-126. currently still nursing an 8 month old so will see what happens when I wean (last time I put on 10 pounds) . generally happy with weight but want to tone up. havnt been logging since pregnancy (was happy with gain and subsequent loss)0

I'm 5'5" my maintenance weight is between 116-1181

I am 5'5" or maybe 5'4.5" and currently weigh 105 pounds.... I lost more than intended but have been battling a health condition that requires a very restrictive diet and now eat mostly low calorie foods. Years ago I was happy between 112-118, so that was my original goal. I have been tring to maintain since I reached it, but clearly I have continued to lose anyway (just much more slowly). I am down from 202 pounds in all. (That was my heaviest weight measured, anyway; my highest was probably at least 205 in reality.) Despite my low weight now, I am happy to just maintain for now. Even with the low BMI, I believe I am pretty healthy overall, and I am managing my health condition well with diet.0

I'm 5'9", at 175 lbs as of today. I'm down about 20 overall since January, but I want to get down to 165 so I'll be down around 10% bodyfat. Probably then I'll start maintaining, but I'm actually really liking the discipline involved in losing.0

5'4 , goal weight is around 110 Ibs. Tho 105 Ibs ad under is a no-go for me! Where my boobies will be at then? hahah :'D 110-120 Ibs is what I'm aiming for.
