The left was in June weighing in about 154, the right was 2/2015 at (ugh) 194. I have lost about 5 more lbs since the pic on the left.

Hope you don't mind me asking but are you saying you are doing HIIT and strength training together once session or 2 separate workouts? I ask because I started a HIIT program 6 weeks ago of 30 minutes a day 6 days a week that uses only your body weight doing squats,burpees,planks,push ups,some yoga & pilates & tabata drills mixed in with nothing more than light 5 lbs dumbells. In the past when I did strength training with progressive heavy weights I always bulked up,when I prefer a longer lithe look . You look feminine,shapely and not bulky,so I'd be curious to know more if you don't mind.
