    Did day 2 last night and OMG I am in sooooooo much pain. I am starting to think I am the only one experiencing pain in every muscle of my body :) I really push myself doing it and do the hardest moves.

    I can't rate this dvd enough, a hardcore sweaty workout in 20mins is amazing :)

    Wow check out that list of members, that's amazing!!
    I woke up surprisingly NOT sore today...though I had a hot epsom salt bath about a half hour afterwards as my knees were quite sore last night, and then I did a really good stretch when I got out, maybe that helped. I did wake up feeling starving this morning though lol!

    Finished day 2 last night. My legs are abs are a little sore, which is good :) I have my starting stats I will post when we "weigh in" next Wednesday. Good luck everyone!! She's mean, but it's worth it :wink:

    @fattytofabby Thanks so much for your work in entering all this information and coordinating! I'll post my numbers later today. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate your efforts! I think you can add another 15 calories to your exercise log for the extra typing!

    I've done day 3 today, woke this morning a little stiff but feel better now I've done it again. Might not be saying that later though!

    Getting ready to do day 2 this morning and I am SOOOOO sore!!!! :frown:
    Especially my arms!!
    But man oh man, what a great workout!!! I'm dying by the end of it and my heart rate is going crazy!!!!
    Got to love it and hate it all at the same time!!!:smooched:
  • Did day 3 last night. I have no idea how I accomplished it, but I did it. I don't think my body has ever hurt so much. Who knew I had muscles in the small of my back!? But about 5 minutes into it, my body loosened up and the pain was bearable. AND best of all the pain is receding today! I worked just as hard and my muscles are adjusting!

    I think I'm in love with Jillian Michaels because I totally see a difference in my arms and legs after only 3 days!

    Keep it up everyone. Its not only possible but SOOOO worth it!

    I started yesterday and man I am sore today. I found muscles I didn't even know I had. Looking forward to round 2 tonight after work. I hope I make it.

    Hi All - Thanks for doing this...this is great. Forgot my measurements at home so I'll post them tomorrow.

    I am doing the 30 Day Shred every other day...so yesterday was my Day 2...that B*tch!!! I wanted to kill her...LOL I hate those side lunges and lateral arm raises! That is the worst...the only thing that I am dreading more than that is the mountain climbers on level 2 or 3!

    Well...I survived it and it was a little bit easier than the first time so it does get better. I actually rode the bike for 20 min afterwords just to cool down. LOL

    Just finished Day 2! Feels so good.

    I am rotating level 2 and 3 every 5 days. I think I sweat more doing level 2 but level 3 feels more effective. (?!) lol I may even do some level 1 tonight to see how much easier it is now than when I first did the shred.

    I did day one yesterday evening, I woke up starving this morning, ate a huge breakfast AND a snack, a huge lunch, and now, it's 4pm and i'm crazy hungry again, i'm never like this, it has to be related! A friend of mine suggested that I may actually need water and that's why I feel hungry, so i'm chugging some back just incase.
