    Didn't get a chance to log yesterday, so here's both days. i'm not sure how accurate my pedometer is for how much I walk at work (I go back and forth from one end of the building to another a lot), so I'm only taking 2/3 of my work miles.
    1st:: 4.5
    2nd: 2.6

    So I'm off to a slow-ish start w/ only 7.1 miles -- I have a 3 day road trip at the end of the month (moving cross country), so I need to make sure I get all my miles in before then!

    Walked this morning 5 miles and took an 8 mile bike ride this evening. I absolutely love this challenge! I am already thinking about what I want to do tomorrow :bigsmile:

    I've walked approximately 5.7 miles over the first two days (~2.7 miles on day one and ~3 miles on day two). I need to step it up!

    So today I thought I'd have a 4-5 mile run round Parks Hyde and Holland. When I finished, runkeeper suggested it was bang on 3 miles, so ended up running a mile and a half on the treadmill as well.

    Was quite nice, Holland Park was definitely quieter than Hyde Park though. Full of joggers and cyclists.

    So an extra 4.35 miles today.

    I got two and a half miles today, bringing my total to 10.01. I'm stubbornly posting that extra hundredth of a mile, because it's the last measurable exercise I'll be getting for a few days. Once I'm back from camping with my younger daughter's Girl Scout troop, I'll be back on track!

    I pulled a upper thigh/groin muscle trying to walk 5 mph yesterday....this will slow me down but not delay me. I will try to get in 2 miles at lunch and make up for the rest tomorrow to keep me on track. Good Luck everyone!

    Biked to work 5K this morning, will bike again tonight, so another 5K.

    Conversion:

    Wednesday: 6 miles (bike)
    Yesterday: 6 miles (running/walking)
    Today (at the end of the day): 6 miles (bike)

    Total: 18 miles
