  • day 4 done.... did 15 push ups for each set! most i've done ever. i can feel myself getting stronger.
    half way through level 1 tomorrow.

    i prefer to exercise in the evening but on the weekends I have to get it done in the morning or I know I won't do it later.

    I think I'm coming down with the cold that's been round my work, woke up with a sore throat :sad:
    just gonna power through it and do what I can

    Hi me again. This thread is great. Reading through everyone's comments makes me think I'm not the only one who has been experiencing the sore muscles. Just completed L1 Day 2 and so pumped I came across this. I am logging my measurements as it will be out there and keep me accountable. You guys are all doing so well. Keep it up, let's push through the initial first sore days and look forward to our results!!!!!

    Just finished day 6! Definitely getting easier now. I have lost 2 pounds so far since adding it to my regular exercise. I finally broke the plateau I was holding! Yay! Keep going with it everyone! :)

    Have done 5 days on level one. Not doing Jillian today because of my left knee/leg. Lot of pain just below the knee - may need to see a doctor about it. Will give it a rest today and see how it feels tomorrow when I go for my walk in the morning. Hoping for the best so I can get right back into it.
  • Hey! I just went and bought the dvd tonight at walmart. I was wondering if i would still be able to join? I'm planning on starting tomorrow! I could take my mesurements and whatnot in the morning :) whoo!
