I'm in! If I can lose 20 lbs by Christmas that would be awesome! I'm shooting for 30lbs total, but 20 done the right way, the healthy way & smart way for the first time in my life would be fantastic!0

Last week: 75kg
This week: 75.7kg
So I'm up this week. I'm not too worried as it's that TOM, hopefully things will continue down next week.

I'm not doing super well. And I'm about to eat and drink a lot this weekend. Do over starting Monday, lol.0

Update!
Last week: 75.9kg
Thus week: 73.7kg
Thankfully had a big woosh down after being up for two weeks. I'm so close to 'healthy BMI' weight. Another 1-3 weeks and I should be there, fluctuations pending.
How's everyone else's week looking?0 -
14 weeks left. My ultimate goal is to lose 30 pounds by Christmas but I will be happy with at least 20.0

I'm in - working on a short term goal of 10, hopeful for 30 in the long term. Doing fitness 5 days a week and cutting back on calories significant ehem.. Actually tracking what I eat for the first time ever, what a concept..
