Figured that, but then my dirty mind took over:blushing: I guss cause they were talking sleep probs. I had some suggestions...Working out in the eve wii definetly keep you awake longer. Try a cup of green tea before bed, it's relaxing and supposed to help to sleep. Melatonin, works great with no hangover effect or addiction issues. And there is always sex....0
