Hey, it depends on what works for you really. You could use pen & paper, a spreadsheet, a fitness tracking app such as strava/runkeeper/fitbit, or any other method you use currently. Alternatively if you are only doing it for this challenge you can simply record it directly here in this discussion.
 Good luck!

This looks good. I really need a kick up the backside when it comes to exercise as I'm always putting it off to the end of the day and then too tired to do anything. I respond well to challenges and group support so hopefully this is exactly what I need.
In the 25 days left of September I will commit to 1500 minutes of exercise. That's 60 mins a day at least.
Well, not had such a promising start, unfortunately. Really need to fix a time to exercise early in the day so I don't postpone and then feel too tired.
 Day 1: 30 mins
 Day 2: 0
 Day 3: 20 mins
 Day 4: 45 mins
 Day 5: 0
 Day 6:
Only 90 mins so far. Should have done at least 300 so far. Need to get off my backside and push myself!0

Most of you attempting for 1500 have done more than me atm. But I've got myself a fit bit today . I'm hoping that'll change things. 0 . I'm hoping that'll change things. 0

The biggest thing is that you keep moving forward! Even if you don't reach your goal, you've still made positive progress! Go you!
