It looks like you are missing the img tags around the link. This is what your Ticker should look like once Posted.

After you hit next, it will give you a bunch of codes suggesting on how to display your ticker.
Use the one at the bottom where it says Direct Image URL:
    It will look something like:
    http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/w6K1EiX/exercise.png

To display that correctly in your post, make sure you place the img tags around that link. So it will look, (removing the spaces in the img tags):

    [ img ] http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/w6K1EiX/exercise.png [ /img ]

^^^^^^^ Don't forget to remove the spaces between the brackets. ^^^^^^^^^^

Some key things to pay attention to when posting your ticker.

1: Use the link that ends in .png
    2. Remember the [ img] and [ /img] tags go in between the link
    3. remove the spaces in the img tags before posting
    4. YES, there is a / in the second /img tag

This was a psych run. I wanted to quit early...just wasn't feeling it, but forced myself to keep going and finish the miles I planned. The entire run was tough. A 15 degree jump from yesterday, not much sleep the night before, and I couldn't keep my heart rate down, but I pushed on and finished the 8.5 miles.

    9/01 - Rest
    9/02 - 6.1 Miles, 11:03 pace, 137 HR, 72F
    9/03 - 5.0 Miles, 10:53 pace, 142 HR, 77F
    9/04 - 8.1 Miles, 12:11 pace, 136 HR, 83F
9/05 - Family Day! - Innertubing down a nearby river and going out to eat.
9/06 - 7.7 Miles (5.2 + 2.5), First run: 11:05 pace, 139 HR, 76F, Second run with the kid. Also got in a 3 mile walk with Kody.
    9/07 - 13.1 Miles <-- New distance PR! 10:59 pace, 138HR, 68F
    - 2.3 Miles with The Kid
    9/08 - Rest
    9/09 - 8.5 Miles, 10:41 pace, 142 HR, 69F
    9/10 - 9.2 Miles, 11:04 pace, 138 HR, 60F
    9/11 - Road trip
    9/12 - 5.1 Miles, 10:13 pace, ??? HR, 52F <no GPS>
    9/13 - 5.1 Miles, 11:18 pace, 140 HR, 65F
    9/14 - 8.5 Miles, 10:38 pace, 146 HR, 80F

    Goal: 135 Miles

@7lenny7 - Congrats on the weekly distance PR. Pretty sure I have never run that many in a week, ever... So awesome about your daughter loving her school. I t will make her college experience so much more rewarding and memorable

Hobbes the Vizsla was admiring my new shoes today while I tried to take a picture! Actually he was frustrated I wouldn't move my foot. He was sure there was something under it that he needed to get to. After the photo shoot we got in a quick 4.5 miles at a 10:30 pace felt great even if it was hot and humid! Rain is supposed to arrive tonight so I may get a rain run in tomorrow morning! Very excited!

it's true that when the town sleeps there is nothing better than a lonely run

so quiet, no one around - a part some funny foxes - no noise, traffic, people

loved it, sometimes I need the positive energy of the sunlight, other times like today I feel super good in the dark, rain and quiet

then back to the king of boredom - 1h40m commuting, traffic, rain, idiots on the road, office, usual day

    looking forward to tomorrow

Hi guys well after figuring out the difference between miles and kilometres, I ran 7kms but really slow today. Looking at my last ten runs my times look as though I'm doing the two step...slow slow quick quick slow lol. Well I'm shattered today my feet are full of blisters, no not from my running shoes. ..My new heels lol..have a great day wherever in the world you are. .☺☺

@Stoshew71 - THANK YOU!!! I've been travelling for work, so I apologize for not posting sooner. I tried running with your loose change theory (I just named that...and giggled my entire run) and it felt better to run that way. Definitely felt my glutes engaging more, which is what my PT had told me was the problem.

The paces helped too, I'm running my LSD's at about 11:15-11:30, so that's spot on with what you recommended. I love the guidance on the tempo runs, and I'm going to try that tomorrow.

    Thanks again!

Was planning on just running W and F but after resting yesterday, I just felt the need to run this morning even though I am doing the intense cycling training tonight. Found out tomorrow I need to go to some type of teacher training that starts at 9am - 2 hours later than my usual work time...so that means I can do my long run tomorrow morning.

@patrikc333 - 1hr40 min commute. Jeez, I think you could run faster to work.
@shanaber - Hobbes is just too cute.
    @HonuNui - amazing rainbow!
@ohhim - I love mixing in the biking. It feels like the biking helps me recover from the running and vice/versa.
