    Even more awesome when you realize she is closing in at 3x body weight.

    Last time I checked, 200. Should be a bit more now but I won't be testing any time soon.

    430x7 is my best. My goal is 500 or so by the end of the year. Not really ready to test my 1RM until closer to December.

    Nice! I'd imagine you'd be over 500 with 430x7.

    It calculates out that way but I don't count it until I actually lift it. 450x??? tomorrow.

    lol I'm extremely vertically challenged and as such, weigh very little, so my numbers will probably be the smallest :wink:

    But as of last week, my deadlift max was 63kg/138lb...

    If you're interested in working out the relevant ratios, I am 4'9 (145cm) and weigh a measly 40kg/89lb (yes, I am the size of a 10 or 11 year old lol).

    It's been a minute but I'd be comfortable say I can 1 rep 300lbs.

    Two awesome lifts there. I did my 450 but only 3 reps, I was disappointed :(

    I can't even imagine 450 or 515 at this point. It is nice when guys much bigger than me shake there head when I'm loading up the bar and can't believe it when you pull it up of the ground.

    Was hitting 225lbs for 3-4 reps 3 sets last year before my injury. They've not been in my program since I got back in the gym so I haven't tried..... maybe back day this week I'll give them a test run.
  • I don't know what my max is but currently on my heavy sets I am doing 4 sets 6 reps of 205. I hope to be able to do 7 reps for all 4 sets this Friday so I can up the weight.

    Hit 7 reps. I video taped myself and my back looking pretty good and flat , all except the 1st rep when lifting off the floor.
    Gonna add 20lbs next time. Be the first time doing any exercise with 4 big plates on the bar. Hopefully I can hit 5 reps of 225 for all 4 sets!

    1RM = 140kg.

    Working sets around 105-120kg depending on how i'm feeling on the day.
