So I didn't do 100 crunches/situps every day, but I DID get in 700 total for this week! I'm not sure what my starting weight I gave you was...either 251 or 253...but Friday I was still sitting at 253. Gonna kick some @$$ and take some names this week! Can't wait to find out what our weekly challenge for this week is!!0

Just a side note...I personally like the thought of weight/strength training type challenges like the one we just did. I think a lot of people, women especially, focus on just cardio and never get in adequate weight training, when really that's what builds muscle and muscle is what burns fat.0

Maybe a plank challenge. Trying to hold it for as long as possible and trying to improve on the time through out the week...just throwing the idea out there...0

Great job to everyone this week!! If you went up, I know you can get it this week!! And to the few new people who posted here or sent me a message, you are definitely welcome! Just make sure you post a weigh in update, or send me a message EACH week once a day, because I'm keep track of everyone's numbers!
As for a weekly challenge....I really like the plank idea someone said. I also think it's important to focus on strength training because a lot of women do just jump on the elliptical for an hour and then leave. We can't get bulky, but it's important to be strong!!!0 -

I hope your week went well. Despite some real emotional challenges, I managed to discard 2 lbs. this week. We can meet those goals with a lot of hard work!

I'm in also! I would like to lose 15 pounds. I'm at 150 now, and my ultimate goal is 135, so I have 15 to go! I've been back and forth between 145-150, and I just can't seem to shed the last bit. But I'm ready to do this and could definitely use the support.
