    Thanks myra! Can't believe I forgot to be grateful (in writing) but I've been "off" with mfp this last week. Back on track today and going forward. Today I am grateful to have met new friends.

    Today I'm grateful for my son and a beautiful Colorado sunset. Also, even though it is a big mess right now I'm glad they are finally fixing the huge potholes around our complex.

    I am grateful today that I am recovered from my surgeries, my lupus numbers are inactive and I work at a restaurant where I can make my own food using clean, organic ingredients.

    I am grateful for my supportive husband who has learned after 38 years together that I can take care of my weight on my own terms! :)
