This is kind of like the "no 0 day" lifestyle. Basically you do *something* every single day, no off days. That might be as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator but could also be an intense workout. Basically you should make it a daily thing where you chose to burn a few calories.

I had to work and just got home. Not even changing yet, because I have to drive to the middle school and pick up my eleven year old.

As soon as I get done with that, whew, THEN I get to work out. It's weights for the lower body today! And then my two rest days. I'll have to be creative Thursday, because we're doing a road trip, so I can get something in. I'll post when I finally get today's in!

Alright, got er in. My glutes will kill tomorrow! 51 minutes with strength, HIIT, pilates and stretching. All targeting legs and glutes.

I think tomorrow, I'll need some serious yoga to loosen up!

Popping in some yoga right now. I need some serious stretching after yesterday's killer squat/lunge/deadlift day. Oy!

Great job. I'm not a runner so running more than 2 minutes is fine in my book. :)

Everyone is doing fantastic! Tomorrow is a challenge for me, I'll be out of state all day with the fami, but I'll wear walking shoes just in case an opportunity to hike shows up. If not, "ll have to do something in the evening when I get home. Night all!
