    Turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat with tons of veggies, side salad and five wing dings. Two high impact aerobics classes later, and I have tons of calories left over!

  • Sautéed onion and bell peppers seasoned with salt, garlic powder, pepper and oregano wrapped in a tortilla with a bit of cheese and curry ketchup. So yum. It was gone in 5 mins.

    Low fat unsweetened Greek yoghurt with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Really filling and tasty too :)

    LMAO that's probably one of the least healthy meals I've served her! Just use ground turkey and season the exact same way you would ground beef tacos. You can also use lean ground beef. I just like turkey because it's cheap :)

    On Wednesdays I go to a local Greek/Italian restaurant and have gyros. Instead of fries, I get 2 cups of spaghetti to go and eat it the next day for lunch. Two meals for the price of one! So yesterday I had gyros, today I had spaghetti.

    I've seen tons of cauliflower rice recipes. Is it really that good? Does it really taste like rice? How long does it store in the fridge?
