Sounds good. I usually like to only do strenth on one muscle group only every other day so my muscles get a chance to repair before doing more damage to them, but after my holiday I need to get my butt in gear.0

I think I'm going to do a day of "hard core" Ab work, then a day of yoga-like ab work, then back to hard core. That way I'm not dead by the end of the week. LOL0

This sounds great to me. I do some in the evenings, so now I will do some in the mornings before work to challenge myself more. YEAH!!!!!0

I hula hoop on the Wii fit for 10 minutes every night AND I am doing the 200 sit up challenge so I got this in the BAG!!!0 -

Thanks Marla ... this is one I really need. I get off the elliptical and think ... yeah, I should get on the stability ball and do my ab work ... and then I walk out of the room. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
I'm hoping that my Zumba class is starting again on Thursday ... that is a super fun way to work your abs (and everything else, too!)
Can I have dibs on the challenge next week? Once I have to start working again week after next I'll have less time to post ...
