I need this group for accountability. I do great with eating well until the late night snacks. I have been gaining weight again, and I know that it is what I eat at night. So I will be starting this tonight and checking in. Thanks!

Just found this. I know it's late in October, but I struggle so much with LNS. I'm gonna start keeping count today. Goals: nothing after 7 on weekdays and 9 on weekends0

After a tough day and a good deal of "will I/won't I" I've got through this evening without eating!

So is there a time of night that is the cutoff? We get home between 7 and 9pm. While on MFP, if it's past 9, I don't eat. If it's before 9 I eat, then go to bed around 10:30 11p. I don't eat certain carbs, just veggies and a protein. Would I shed more pounds if I at before 7? Hard to do since I'm commuting on the train back home, then on to pick up my daughter from practice end of 7p0

The time is what's convenient for you. I can eat well during the day then mess it up at night (ex huge binge eater). This challenge has helped me stay within my calorie goal. Welcome!

Dinner isn't snacking. I assume this challenge is about eating away from regular meals. My plan is a low carb 5 meals a day. I don't "snack" at all, in fact I get bored of having yet another meal. But I stay within my calories and don't eat anything outside my regime.0 -
