So is there a time of night that is the cutoff? We get home between 7 and 9pm. While on MFP, if it's past 9, I don't eat. If it's before 9 I eat, then go to bed around 10:30 11p. I don't eat certain carbs, just veggies and a protein. Would I shed more pounds if I at before 7? Hard to do since I'm commuting on the train back home, then on to pick up my daughter from practice end of 7p

The time is what's convenient for you. I can eat well during the day then mess it up at night (ex huge binge eater). This challenge has helped me stay within my calorie goal. Welcome! :)

Dinner isn't snacking. I assume this challenge is about eating away from regular meals. My plan is a low carb 5 meals a day. I don't "snack" at all, in fact I get bored of having yet another meal. But I stay within my calories and don't eat anything outside my regime.

Oh I wrote more than that lagoscarrie so my response didn't seem so rude! Not sure why it didn't send all of it?!

This frequently happens to me when I post from my iPad, but never from my Mac or android phone. Weird!

I have only used my weekend 10am extension once in those 60 days.

I believe the munchies are a thing of the past.
This is a really big NSV for me.
If I can do this, so can you!

I know October is almost over but this sounds like something I really need! My goal is no late night snacking after 7pm. I love the idea of being accountable.

Love this graphic - and would love to join this group! Just have to figure out how to join ... :)

Late-night eating is my number one downfall. I work until 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. most nights so, I don't eat dinner until then ... So I would say my goal is going to be, not eating anything after 10:00 p.m.
