Cycling ... it's what I do.0

I love running - it really clears my head.
If I want to do something a bit more intense I'll add in intervals where I sprint, walk and jog0 -

Mostly cycling related.
Anywhere from an hour on local roads just for training and fitness up to 100+ miles in lovely countryside.
Indoor training on either a Spinning bike or power meter trainer varies from LISS, to hill simulations, to sprint intervals, to "time trial mode".0 -
This winter, rowing machine, Zumba, and swimming.
Next winter, who knows. Variety is the spice of life.

Insanity, fitness blender or any endurance or HIIT workout works for me0
-
Running/jogging, outdoors.0

Since I started about 2 months ago Krav Maga has been my main cardio throughout the week. It's ridiculous how exhausting 2 minute all out bag drills are. More intense then any Insanity video I've ever done.0

SWIMMING!!! And walking and/or running outdoors.0

Walking, jogging, riding my bike and spinning0

I will chime in.. Running. I just got a treadmill for those rainy and cold days, but so far I hate it. I feel like it needs a wheel on it so I can feel like a hamster.. Outdoor running all the way...0

I love dancing. Music moves me. I love techno and dubstep and there is no way you can sit still listening to that. I'm usually out of breath after an hour of dancing like no one can see me.0

Mostly walking and running outside or on a track inside with some hiking and elliptical mixed in depending on the weather. More rarely I do kayaking, step, hula hoop, and jumping rope.0
-
Running outside. Sometimes hula hoop, trampoline or balance board.0
-
Running all I need is time and running shoes oh yea GPS watch and Tunes. As long as it is not -20 or -anything. I do enjoy the stair master at the gym.0
-
Hiking, jogging, sprinting, or a finisher type workout to end a strength session. That about covers all my conditioning needs.0
