Kefir(I make it myself so really a combo of mik and kefir grains), bananas, flax seeds, and whey isolate. I have been doing a ton of shakes lately so those are my top 4. If I had to add a 5th it would be steak!! Yum!0

Carb Balance tortillas (basically flour tortillas with a ton of added fiber)

This is tough. I'd say:
1. All-natural almonds
2. Dried cherries
^^ For snacking
3. Low-sodium/fat-free chicken broth (seriously it goes in everything)
4. Fresh veggies (always stocked up, always something different)
5. Water

sunflower seeds - use 'em to make vegan pate, throw them in salads, breakfast porridges, etc.
garlic - punch of flavour makes up for using less fat IMHO
cayenne - same as garlic
cauliflower - use it instead of rice. I pulse it in the food processor and throw it in nori wraps to make 'sushi'
vegetable broth - throw a bunch of stuff into it and instant filling soup. The water fills me up and makes for a more substantial feeling meal.

Chobani, because I eat it for breakfast.
Spinach/Broccoli, because I blend it into smoothies daily.
Bananas, re: smoothies (and also because my husband will actually eat them.)
Wheat flour, for making pitas, tortillas, bread, etc.
Beans! I add black or cannellini beans to almost everything.0 -
