It is never too late to start walking, from anywhere, anytime, any place, any distance! Just get up and get those shoes laced up and get your groove on!0

November 1-vinyasa yoga for 1 hour
November 2- couch to 5k (3km) 30 minutes, I also walked the big chocolate guy 2.85 km
November 3- elliptical 30 minutes, foam roller and weights 15 minutes, and walking both dogs 3.69km
November 4- OFF
November 5- walk/run 2.79 km, and a 2.49 km walking the dogs
November 6-ellitical 30 minutes, weights, and walking dogs for 3.19km.
Very Happy with that!

Great job!
Just 10077 steps for me, about 4.3 miles. My older daughter who is a sophomore @ Berkeley got her first full-blown flu at college & needed to be rescued for the weekend... Vitamin M(om)! Spent my walking window battling east bay rush hour traffic.0 -
On train with bike to spend afternoon & early eve riding around. Will update tonight on train ride home. Happy moving everyone!0

November 7-3.03 walk/run....so tired today I didn't walk the pups. Tomorrow is off so we will see if I go then.0 -
11/7/15 2513 steps - 1.16 miles. 22'01" 101 calories. Quick walk around parking lot at craft fair. I did walk all day around craft fair and another store, but counter does not monitor slower steps.

I'm in. I know I started late. Yesterday I had a total of 15,000 steps. We will see how today goes. Sunday's are usually my down day but might fit a small walk in.0
