11/5/15 17,470 steps - 8.42 miles. 2:23'02" 741 calories. 2 (3 lbs) weights Neighborhood +
Groovy November so far, over 70 degrees F, breezy, but not to last, severe storms moving in tonight to clash and bring in the colder temperatures.0 -
November 5- walked a brisk pace for 80 minutes.0

November 1-vinyasa yoga for 1 hour
November 2- couch to 5k (3km) 30 minutes, I also walked the big chocolate guy 2.85 km
November 3- elliptical 30 minutes, foam roller and weights 15 minutes, and walking both dogs 3.69km
November 4- OFF
November 5- walk/run 2.79 km, and a 2.49 km walking the dogs

@winnie141 I go to three line dance classes each week---I teach one of them so I have to practice at home during the week---so when I'm not walking, I'm dancing.

Nov 1 - Yoga Retreat weekend. Mostly yoga and meditation - 3.22 miles

Nov 3- 6.13 miles

We don't often get 70° weather in November, so I had to get out and take advantage of that. Ended up with 9.25 miles. Tomorrow, the forecast is for mid-40's and blustery...so closer to normal weather. It was nice while it lasted.0

I just found this challenge but I'm in. I've been on my journey to return to the level of physical fitness, I was about 10 yrs ago when 5mi was a short walk. Granted I'm 10 yrs older but I can do it. So I'm in...if it's not too late.0

Great job!
Just 10077 steps for me, about 4.3 miles. My older daughter who is a sophomore @ Berkeley got her first full-blown flu at college & needed to be rescued for the weekend... Vitamin M(om)! Spent my walking window battling east bay rush hour traffic.0
