I am keeping my goal small for now since the month is almost over. I want to make sure it is attainable and if I am able to surpass my goal weight it will make the accomplishment that much sweeter

i hit my original challenge goal of losing exactly 10 pounds today!
hopefully i can get a little lower by thanksgiving and even out by the 30th!
i'm dreaming about turkey.... for thnksgiving feasting i'm going to try to focus on meats and veggies and limit my bread and potatoes and sweets.
thanks for the ongoing motivation! i'm doin it !0 -

I made a new goal weight but I dont think Ill be 240 in a week. I havent been on top of my game lately uggh.0 -

Total loss: 5.8 lbs
Original GW: 142 lbs
New GW: 140 lbs
My weigh-in day was yesterday but I haven't logged on here in a couple of weeks. Lots of stressful things going on in my life and it's been taking its toll. I was stalled for a while then dropped 3 pounds this week. I probably won't make it to my new goal weight as the stress continues plus I'm going out of town for the weekend. But I'm going to try my hardest!0 -

Didn't bother recording last week's weight after a celebratory weekend that saw me retain a good 5lbs of water weight.
As for this week:
SW: 129lbs
CW: 120.4lbs
GW: 119lbs
Weight loss: 8.6lbs
Down roughly 2lbs since 2 weeks ago. Might be able to make it into the 119lbs before the end of this challenge.0 -

Carrying on now, my next weight loss goal is 154 as that puts me in the "normal weight" BMI category, but I have my sights in the longer term looking at 145 and then I will likely have to reassess.
Great work everyone! I don't know what our combined loss overall is but based on this thread, we've all been making fantastic progress! It may not seem like much on a week to week basis but boy it adds up! ☺️0 -

Hello all! Here's my week 7 weigh in! I guess you can say I've been losing a lb a week consistently. My week 1 goal was to lose 1.5 lbs a week but I changed it going into the second week to 1lb. So I'm on track
SW week 1: 187
CW week 7: 180.2
GW week 8: 179 (would be great to finally be out of the 180s)0 -

First off - Holy smokes! This past week has been a roller coaster ride. I have been sick with strep throat and now a severe double ear infection, eating was tough but I made do and ate within my limits. It was actually difficult to eat ENOUGH food.
Second- I smashed my goal by 1lb! I am so so happy. I would say I ate on point 80% of the time, I did have days were I ate more than I should have or things that weren't the best. The key was that I was consistent with my logging and got back on track right away.
I'd love to be down to 215 by the 30th of November and I would love love love to be close to 200 by the New year. We will see what happens.
