    Here's my stats since I did weigh this morning.

    SW: 169.4 (10/31/15)
    Last week: 163.8
    CW: 162.8

    I'm hoping to get to 152 by 1/9/16!!

    Was working out consistently until this week but don't have time until after thanksgiving but I'm cleaning for hours every night to replace and have hit 12000 to 14000 steps everyday. Have a super hectic life this November and December but I'm not letting that get in the way of my weight loss goals!

    Hope you made it through. I'm an early bird so just seeing your message. About to go for an early cold morning jog now. All in name of being able to eat more. Especially on the weekends.

    @symone53 I did thankfully I don't think I drunk enough water yesterday I think that was my issue I'm going to try to up my water intake today.

    Hey guys. The weekend went well for me until yesterday. I ran 8 miles and earned an extra 600 calories. You would think that would have been enough but instead I went over by 700 calories by the end of the day. I have to say that I did not stuff myself in any way but I obviously should not have eaten my entire dark chocolate bar at the end of the day for 420 calories. I normally have half for 210 calories or 1/4 for 105. Either way, I still feel okay about it because while I ate too much to lose, I ate normal according to my appetite. On the other hand, because I not only manage my calories day to day, but also manage total for the week--my plan is to count my 700 as part of today's total. So I will be eating my remaining 500 + plus workout calories. It will a little challenging but I am sipping a 56 oz green smoothie for 150 calories through out the day. It's very feeling because I am essentially drinking a huge blended salad that's full of spinach, celery, cucumber, and 1 big apple. Then I will eat lentils and 1 pc of 72% dark chocolate for dinner. Then I should be back on track. I started the day off with 30 minutes on the elliptical before leaving for work. My goal is to be under my calories for week by Friday.
