    I am so far from my goal, but totally ok with it! By the end of our next challenge I should hit my goal for this challenge he! I set my goal to 2lbs per week and have not been losing any more than 1 so now I know where I should be for the next challenge! Congrats to everyone for sticking it out the full 12 weeks!!

    Time to come clean with my slip ups over the last few weeks. My final weight is 148.8. Still lost overall but put a couple back on :-(

    I have already posted to the new challenge and am comitted to see it through and get rid of these last 15 pounds! My journey started a few years ago at my hw of 238 and while I am proud that I have maintained it Istill want to get to my true goal weight. This summer is the time!!!

    I'm posting charts the FINAL RESULTS charts on Monday afternoon. If you've not already joined in for the next 12 week group, please do! Currently we've got 102 members for our new group. I don't want any of you to get left off the list.

    Remember the new weigh-in windown is Thursday - Sunday NOON! For our new challenge I'll be posting charts on Sunday evenings.

    My final weight for this challenge will be 160...I am stuck there :(

    Ok, here are my progress pics for the 12 weeks. 10 lbs doesn't look dramatically different, but it sure does fit different in clothing. I am DREADING the weigh-in tomorrow. I've had no self control the last 2 days and I am expecting an major gain. Hopefully by Sunday I'll be "normal". :wink:

    Final weigh in for our 12 week challenge 206 lbs.

    I didn’t quite make my goal for the challenge, nevertheless am absolutely thrilled with the weight that I have lost over the past 3 months, and am excited to be starting our new challenge right away.

    Congrats to everyone who finished the challenge! Isn’t it great to see “less” of us all the time!! Hope to “Meat you all at the Beach!!”

    well I had a very difficult week. Started out at emerge Monday, they sent me for all these tests (ultrasound, CTscan, blood test, urine test...) to find out I have a mass on my left kidney which really hurt (like a stabbing in my left side). I had to wait till Thursday for them to tell me it's not cancer, which I am relieved but I will have to go for yearly ultrasounds to make sure it doesn't grow bigger than the 4cm it's at now. Because of the inflammation they put my on 2 antibiotics, which 1 of them I am allergic to, had a reaction and my throat swelled up! By then, I was discouraged and ate my stress away. I am weighing in with a gain this week...227 pounds.:sad: so I didn't make my goal. I can't wait to start over in the new challenge, I am going to get back on this weight loss journey and lose weight!

    So sorry to hear about your difficult week. You went through so much!! So glad it isn't cancer! Don't get discouraged about a weigh-in. You've lost 19.5 lbs!!

    Ending our challenge at 142.6. It's not the end... I am proud of what I have accomplished so far. I am stronger mentally and physically. I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I have gone from a size 12 to a 6-8. People are noticing... more importantly, I am noticing the differences. It feels so good and I can't wait for the next twelve weeks!

    Oh, and today is my ONE YEAR anniversary! :D So many things to celebrate!

    When I started this challenge, i was over 200lbs and never thought for a minute i would make my challenge goal to lose 32.5lbs. I thought might as well aim high and do my best to get halfway there. 12weeks later, I've lost 30.5lbs and i feel great! This was the 1st challenge i joined on MFP so i couldn't have done it without you guys and i hope you'll carry me through the next 12 weeks as well. :)
