Thinking I might not make GW for the challenge. lol Still I made it through Christmas and TOM with only being up .02. So I'm thrilled with that.
I've taken the past two weeks off of exercise because I just couldn't manage to fit it in. I got back on the treadmill yesterday. Starting back tracking my food on here today too. 2016 is going to be a great year no matter how much or little the scale changes.

I gained water weight because I was celebrating my 19th birthday on Saturday and had been celebrating for 3 days in total! Hoping to start losing weight again soon! Would love to get down to 200lbs by New Year!

ENCOURAGING WORD... How was your Christmas week? Mine was over the top in many ways! Great time with family and the focus of the season was beautiful, however my eating was out of control!
Today is a new day and almost the beginning of a new year. Significant changes may have taken place which have affected you too. Instead of looking back with remorse, lets set our hearts to move forward with a sense of hope and purpose. There are things that we need to understand and accomplish. Let's position ourselves for progression!

Last week I lost 4.6 pounds from being sick. This week, I've gained some of that back, which I guess is to be expected. Last week I hit 180.8 today I am 184.0. I'm up 3.2 pounds. The medications I've been put on have cause a lot of GI distress and air on my stomach so only time will tell how much of the 184 is a true weight or not. Either way, for this challenge, I am still down a total of 4 pounds so I'll take it. Hopefully next week I'll be back on course at a more stable weight and can move forward from there. I can say that being sick through Christmas prevented any holiday weight gain Silver lining, you know.0

So, I'm up 5 pounds this week, but I'm trying not to stress about it. It's the holidays, I'm sick, it's my time of the month, and we got hit with a blizzard in GD New Mexico so I've been eating whatever's available from whatever place able to deliver on any given day. I know I have a lot of sodium bloat, and I've been inactive because I can't get out of my house and I'm hacking up my lungs. I have a long list of excuses, but I also know that as soon as I can move a little and drop the sodium-laden delivery food I'll be right back around 152/153. I can live with it... this week.0 -
