I really want to do a pull-up (of any sort), so if you have any tips please let me know! I'd love to get some input on how to get started on the process!
And my current mini-goal is to get back down to 160 lbs before my semester starts. I'm 162.8 right now and I have until January 14 to meet my goal. And then after that, I want to consistently lose about a pound per week (which is healthy based on how much I have left to lose) for the rest of the semester and to workout at least twice a week.3 -

I have lost a little over a pound. I want to get to my first 10 lb goal. I am not exercising right now so I'm sure that's why I haven't lost much. I don't feel that I'm ready to start exercising yet. Once I start exercising I have to keep it up...and I'm not in that frame of mind yet but I'll get there.4 -

Losing a pound is definitely nothing to snub! I average about a pound per week, and you wouldn't believe how it starts to add up! Keep going and exercise when you feel it's right for you.2 -
Lose 1.5 inches off my waist and hips by january 15th.2
-
Lose the 5.25lbs I've or in in the last two weeks - thanks head cold :-(
Christmas food didn't help, but that's definitely my fault so will just deal with that part. The lack of exercise has really got to me.1 -
I have a few goals: in 16 months to loose 80 lbs. That is my big goal. My current mini goal is 10 lb weight loss that I will celebrate with new hair cut and color. I have not colored my hair in 4 years. Today I am 3 lbs from that first goal.5

I made it into 14's tonight! A bit snug, but it'll do. I have a cute swim suit for next summer, so sz 12 is next!6 -
To never give up on this journey I started by reading all the most helpful posts/success stories in this forum to re-motivate and keep myself going now that I'm halfway to my weight loss goal.4

Hmmm, the mini goal that sticks out most in my mind is to be able to do a great squat. At the moment I can't even get my thighs parallel to the ground. My goal is to be able to get my hips below parallel.6

Drop 20 pounds to get out of the 200's.8

I told myself once I hit 130lbs I am going to buy myself a pair of Lululemons6

Setting a new mini goal of losing 8 pounds by the end of February - which would take me to just under 12 stone (168 pounds).2

A 1-pound early congrats to you - what an achievement!

I'd have to say getting under 200 (a little less than 15 pounds to go). Another would be fitting into my smaller clothes. I have a lot of clothes that I never really wore because they were presents or purchased and didn't fit. Right now I'm basically wearing my bigger clothes because I see no point in purchasing new ones when I have so many just waiting for me.7

Losing the last 10 lbs.4

I have several mini goals (it's what keeps me going):
1) hit the 25 lbs lost milestone - only 3.8 lbs to go!
2) fit into a pair of size 14 pants
3) cut out all wine in January3 -
Hitting "one-derland" (<200 pounds) for the first time in...er...I'm guessing at least 20 years. (College age)5
-
Breaking out of the 300's. 15 lbs to go.11
-
First is to get back in my 20s (120s, that is) - 4 lbs to go. Two pounds after that, I'm treating myself to a kettlebell training session and a real kettlebell (not just my weight plates).2

That is one of my mini-goals too. To be overweight instead of Obese. I have lost 16lbs and have another 20lbs before I am there!6 -

Finishing T25 without getting off track or missing any days.2
-
Vacation to somewhere warm in the end of January ..need to buy a new bathing suit!2
-
Transitioning from obese to overweight. I'm very close, but I've also hit a plateau (for the last month), so my mini-mini goal is to bust through that.6

I barely joined but something that got me going to MFP was when I realized how much my stomach poked out when I was sitting on the couch. I used to be able to sit and everything would be typically straight and not er... bulging.
Mini goal #2: to be soda free so I can see how much of a difference it makes in my face/stomach. I work at a gas station and we have delicious soda fountains for free at our convinence, so it gets incredibly hard sometimes. But I've kicked it before so I'll kick it again. Soda usually makes me hold on to an extra 10 or so pounds of water weight/bloat so I'm excited to see it dissapait.
