    I'm in... I do good all day, then the "food junkie" comes out at around 9-10 pm and it's like, no food is safe. I am glad to join because I want to be able to eventually get to

    Eating at night is my biggest challenge in my goal to lose weight and get healthy! My goal is to not eat after 8:00, go to bed earlier (get at least 8 hours), do the 21 day fix video each day with a 3-5 km walk - maybe adding a run interval at times when trail is not slippery. I received a Fitbit Charge HR for Christmas (from my daughter) which I love and wear daily and use with the Endomondo and Myfitnesspal apps. I commit also to getting weighed at SFL weekly! Here's to an awesome 2016 with great results for us all!

    This is a fantastic group! Please add me! It's been on my mind for a while to work on this. It'll be good to know I'm not alone. This is my biggest downfall - junk food after supper.

    My goal will be to not eat after 8:30 on weeknights unless I have more than 200 calories left to eat and I'll allow myself a snack (which is mostly when my sports games are late and I need something after).

    I am in! Late night snacking is one of my greatest obstacles, I use it as an end of day "gear change" for getting home so late, before turning into bed.

    Goal: Can only eat before 9:45 pm, must not turn to final thing as a sweet but a tea or a snack that includes fiber and/or protein. No beverages after 10:30 on weekdays
