    Awesome! I'm going to be eating clean and doing a home workout! What kind of workouts are you guys doing?

    I'm mixing up my workouts between stairmaster (burn 500 calories a session), hot yoga and weight lifting. I try to get in 5 workouts a week. My biggest problem is eating at night. I HAVE to stop this! How do you workout at home?

    I'm in. What's everyone's plan? I will eat very healthy and exercise 6 days a week for 40 min per day with little to no rest. I will wear a heavy sweatshirt to sweat more. No booze at all. Water and black coffee only

    10 pounds is a little drastic in one month, unless you have a lot to lose. 4 or 5 pounds is expected and healthy for long term weight loss per month. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose 10 pounds your first month! If you do, great! But your weight loss may slow down after awhile and that's perfectly normal.

    The usual. Tracking my calories and hitting my proteins. Lift 4 times a week and maybe run 2 times
