The Master's Hammer & Chisel - what it is?
An explanation for those of us who have never heard this would be helpful - thanks.
I am also doing a Internet search to find out for myself.0 -

Started last Monday, love it and already seeing results. I'm wearing pre-pregnancy jeans for the first time (I was really close but needed that extra push to finally get back into them) and down about 2 lbs. Seeing strength gains already also. There are some great workouts in the program.0

I would love to join the group help others stay accountable. I started last week but got sick so I am going to start again next week I am sure.0

I plan to make posts each day too! I think it will help me stay focused and on track. So excited to get started! 2 more days!!0

Starting tomorrow, I did 3 rounds of Body Beast in 2015. I got great results but need to lose 10-15 more to be where I want to be. I really need to focus on the nutrition side this round.0

Ok everyone, tomorrow is the day. Get rested up and ready to go I usually do my workouts in the morning before work. It helps me stay more motivated and make better choices throughout the day. I've also found that if I wait until after work I am more likely to come up with some excuse as to why I don't have time to workout. So I'll get started bright and early tomorrow morning and I'll post after my workout. You don't have to post daily but I've found that it keeps me feeling accountable if I don't check in with you guys. I've been in a slump with my weight loss and nutrition for awhile now so I'm really anxious to get started and see what this program can do for me.
Best of luck to all of you tomorrow! We can all do this0 -
I was wondering how long each of the workouts are?0

I wish I could do my workouts in the mornings. I am just way too exhausted and have to be at work bright and early at 7am. So I will be doing mine in the evening either when I get home or after I put the boys to bed. Took my before pictures this morning... Eek! Hoping this programs performs miracles! Lol0 -

Doh forgot to take my before pics I'll have to give myself a few extra minutes before working out in the morning to do that and also my measurements. I strongly prefer measurements over the scale (I still use both) as an indication of how I'm doing.

Good morning all! So the first workout is all done. Today was Chisel Balance and they aren't kidding about the balance part! Mine isn't the best right now so I was pretty wobbly but I have no doubt it will get much better as I go through the program. Today's workout doesn't have much in the way of cardio, it's mostly strength. My muscles are going to be feeling all those squats later today and I love it I hope you all have an awesome first day! Good luck0

I prefer measurements too. Especially in a program like this where there is a lot of strength training so your muscles are getting bigger thus possibly adding on more weight at the beginning. The measurements help me see progress in this sense then I don't get frustrated!0 -
Day 2 for me, only 25 min and really only 20 after warm up/cool down. Burned 508 cal, amazing on such a short workout. Challenging workout for me but I really liked it. I was worried about it not being enough strength training. I'm a little less worried now. I don't need to add muscle but I don't want to lose any either!0
-
Day 1 complete! Oh my my body is on fire! I can just feel the heat coming off my muscles sitting here! And I am a hot mess on the balance part lol that's going to take some practice. I was all over the place. But overall I loved the workout. Excited to see what tomorrow's will be like!0

add me im starting tomorrow0

Wow! Great burn! Can't wait to do today's workout now! I'm a tad sore this morning but nothing I can't push through!0 -
Okay day 2 for me today. My glutes are sore this morning from Chisel Balance. I can't believe someone said today's workout will only be 25 mins. That could be good or bad ....0
-
Day 2 done. Today's workout is only 25 minutes which made me think "oh this won't be too bad". However my already sore muscles are saying otherwise lol. I had to modify a few things as I do not have a pull up bar or the cords. I also had to modify a couple of the jumps as I have really bad knees. Luckily they were similar to some of the moves I've done in other programs so I knew good alternatives. Another great workout in the books, good luck to everyone today!
PS. Am I the only one that found Sagi super annoying lol0 -
I'm still waiting for mine. Should receive it tomorrow. I'm curious to know who is also following the nutrition plan included with the program. I have no idea what it's like.0
