Was having trouble falling asleep, last night, so ate eight saltines to bring on sleepiness. It worked and I slept well. It was a well-placed LNS and did not cost me too many calories or a junk food binge. So, for me, that is a "win".

Started this challenge a bit late (on Jan 4th) but am optimistic that it'll be a good month for me. Late night snacking is my absolute downfall...0 -

What a great group, I'm prone to the endless snacking while parked in front of netflix on restless nights. Hopefully this will kick me back in to self discipline!
For now the goal is to
-Not eat past 8:30 5/7 days of week.
Good luck everyone, stay strong0 -
January goals
- Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
- Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.

Needed to post this early today. I am at my calorie limit for the day and there is a piece of pizza next to me that is not going in my belly:). Pizza, you're not winning this time!

I am in. Starting tonight. No eating after 8:30pm. 7 minutes into my challenge and I know this will be ok because I'm going to bed. Tomorrow night and every one thereafter is where I struggle.

btw, i would call 8 saltines a "win" too!!!0 -
Hi everyone - had it a bit easier tonight. I had a 7p soccer game. Resisted the beer after the game, came home and had dinner, got the kids into bed and now I am upstairs with brushed teeth!

Curse you late-night-snacking! I'll get you next time..0 -
Success! I got in more calories and it all happened before my cut off time. I have to say not eating has never been my problem! I'm just so tired from working out I'm to tired to eat.
But because of the challenge I won't eat after my cut off time. Thanks to this awesome challenge. Me: 3

Craving were tough last night. It's hasn't been easy getting back on track after the holidays. I throw everything out to help with it.... It's all about getting back into the habit again. I'm determined!0 -
I just saw this challenge. Late snacking is my achilles heel. I'm in! My goal is no snacking after 9 pm.

Just starting this challenge today (1/7/2016). It is exactly what I need; late night snacking is my downfall.0
