SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING -- JANUARY 2016 CHALLENGE
Replies

This is my first time posting, but snacking after dinner is definitely my biggest struggle! I can have a perfect day and then mess it all up by piling on calories after 7pm. My goal is no eating after 8pm. Today is day 1. Wish me luck!0

Sounds like a great challenge. I'm not eating solid food after 8pm in 2016. So far, my rule has won out over my crazy binge cravings.
Please add me as a friend on here because I can use the support and I don't know many folks on here IRL.0 -

Craving were tough last night. It's hasn't been easy getting back on track after the holidays. I throw everything out to help with it.... It's all about getting back into the habit again. I'm determined!

I'm in on this challenge, LNS gets me all to often for entirely too much.
Goals:
I'm a Paramedic so my schedule is crazy. I can't say no eating after 8pm or anything because if I'm running calls back to back until midnight, I need to eat, so I'm setting a goal for no solid food after 10pm on nights I am off work and no solids after whatever my "dinner" is when I'm on the ambulance.
Tonight, I'm on duty, but have had a great day and ate dinner like a normal person!

Hey gang! Looks like I need to adjust my cut off time to 8pm instead of 7. Turns out I'm busy for a few hours and miss dinner, which I have to have or I don't get all the calories I need.

Hi all -
Well, I had some flax corn chips after my soccer game tonight, but turned down (a few times!) the beer hubby offered me, so I am going to call it a draw!

I LNS every night, which is bad bad bad. I'll try to read all'y'all's comments here when I find myself getting up to go get a snack.0 -

Gave in last night, it was only a can of green beans, but I still count it as a loss0 -

So far so good! I've noticed staying properly hydrated helps, sometimes people confuse thirst for hunger. A cold glass of water or iced/hot tea keeps you well watered and puts something in the belly!0 -
