Successes/struggles this week: changed calorie intake to lose 2lbs a week, so I'm surprised I lost so much! Stuck to calorie target, with most choices being good. Struggling with the desire to snack when I'm working late though.

Struggles this week: With that said, it hasn't been easy getting back on track. Cravings for the holiday sweets were strong but I was determined. I throw everything out!

Got a great start, eating right, logging/weighing all my food. Next week trying to get sleep in order to wake up earlier to incorporate exercise. I only do maybe 2000-3000 steps daily, I'm super sedentary.

Dont be discouraged, weight loss isnt linear. As long as you are eating right and exercising, the weight has to come off! I bet you will have a good loss next week0 -
