I've change my eating habits, haven't had any sweets or junk food, noted down all food and I've noticed I have so much energy that I don't know what to do with it! Today's check-in was the first one when my scale didn't move but my waist circumference went down by 2cm since previous measurement I did two days ago.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: changed calorie intake to lose 2lbs a week, so I'm surprised I lost so much! Stuck to calorie target, with most choices being good. Struggling with the desire to snack when I'm working late though.
