    I am SOOOOO happy, that is 2.2 this week. I upped my calories and it seems like that was the right plan. Who knew??

    150.8, Crap!!!!!!!!!!!! The 140's are so close. I have been in the 150's for almost 2 months now. Yay for all of you who are doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

    10 glasses of water. I have had 8 and it is 1:30 in the afternoon.
    600 calories of exercise. I'm at 581. I guess my dog is lucky after all I will be walking her to get my last 19 calories for the challenge.

    Neck = 13.13 inch
    Waist = 40 inch
    Hips = 48 inch
    Thigh right = 25.4 inch
    Thigh left = 25.2 inch
    Well i'm losing a bit of weight, @ lest its happening yay

    Good morning!! Weighed in at 144 this morning. I'm weighing in on a digital and one of those old school manual scales, but there's a discrepancy between the two. What do you all use? Which do you think would be better to use?

    I personally don't think it matters, as long as you're being consistent with which measurements you use each week.

    I personally like the digital ones. I don't really have a good reason other than I like that it just shows me the number rather than me having to determine which little tick mark the scale is on! lol...

    My only advice would be to only use the SAME one each week. That way you are getting an accurate measure of your losses. So, choose one and stick with that same one! :0)
