    Hi everyone! I'm definitely in! My overall GW is to be 150 by my brother's wedding which is July 16th. Would really love to hit that goal in time since I'm a bridesmaid! That said:

    Height: 5'6"
    SW on 1/1/16: 200.4
    CW on 1/11/16: 194.0 (-6.4lbs)
    GW for Easter: 180.4
    GW for July 16: 150.0

    From here out I'll be doing my weigh-ins on Wednesdays... Just wanted to get this first one in before I forgot :) GOOD LUCK everyone!

    I have a cruise planned for April 3rd so this would be great. Didn't realize Easter was the week before.

    My long term goal is 134 but I am working in 20 pound increments! I've lost the weight so far with a reduced calorie diet and daily walking.

    I am having a hard day....not only did we get 1 cake in the office... We got a king cake right before lunch. I didn't eat it...but I realllllllllly want to. This is so hard

    Hello All! :smile: I have really let myself go due to school & work stress. I’ve been super busy and, by New Years, really regret neglecting my health. I don’t know my starting weight, since I thought stepping on a scale Jan. 1st would be too depressing (I'm planning my first weigh-in to be Feb.1st). However, I'm doing at least 20 minutes of exercise daily & eating very healthy. I can feel my body has changed: my waistline has returned, and my jawline has gotten more defined, and my clothes are much looser (in only a few short weeks)! I’m working hard and it is paying off. Now with the Spring Semester looming, I’m fearful I will go back to my old habits – which is why this challenge is PERFECT! I want to drop the weight I’ve gained, which I imagine is about 20 lbs. I want to look and feel like my old self again. I want to feel strong!

    GW: -150 lbs.

    I’m looking forward to many wonderful days on my boyfriend’s boat on the lake this Summer – it is my mission to look & feel my best!

    Hello All,

    I've been kinda off track and actually had a gain, but not stressing over it, I'm actually very excited b/c last night I picked up a Garmin VivoSmart HR, this is my first activity tracker and was definitely looking for something with an HRM in it, so I can't wait to see how it goes. It's already syncing with MFP and the app is pretty great too.
    Today will be my first workout with it, and it also is motivating me to be on point, so more to come on a review and update on this, but here are my stats for the week.

    Height: 6 ft
    SW: 200 lbs
    SW Challenge: 185 lbs
    CW: 188 lbs :( 3 lbs gain...
    Goal: 170 lbs by Easter
    GW: 155-160 lbs
