    I fell and smashed my knee at Christmas and for some reason it wants to swell and not bend right today. So I am going to take a day of rest and get back to it tomorrow, see if that helps.

    Just found this thread. I've walked 3 miles or more for the past 14 days in a row, might try to keep the streak going through the end of the month if the weather permits.

    Ouch! Knee problems are the worst. When mine starts acting up, I prop it up with an ice pack, and usually in good shape the next day! Hope you're better soon!

    I certainly hope everyone is having a great weekend and got in some groovy walking! I know I am! It has been cold, but so far, I am able to still get out there on most days. We have some snow expected by mid-week so just have to wait and see what will happen.

    Thanks, tonight it is almost twice it's normal size. Hoping for normal tomorrow. Guess I am too old to break dance. Lol

    stacyhadden:Hope your knee is feeling better. I have had that happen once, it took a couple of days for the swelling to go down; but I didn't have any other more serious injury to it.
