I started using MyFitnessPal in June 2015 and I wanted to lose about 20lbs. I know it's not a lot but that was my goal (for medical reasons I needed to get back to about 140lbs) I have now reached 18lbs loss and it was such a simple process! I haven't cut anything out, just eaten less. I believe if you cut things out completely you're only going to crave them more! Yes I still ate takeaway pizza, and I still had a chinese every now and then, but in general my portion sizes have become smaller and i've stopped snacking at work. Happy to help anyone struggling to start!0

So my current goal is to get under 200 lbs. So I have about 40 lbs to lose. I just started logging my food on MFP 2 days ago. So far, so good. I am using Slim Fast and drinking lots of water. I also love pizza & chocolate, but I'm really a chip monster. Salty snacks are my downfall. I love a good crunch when watching TV at night. So I guess I have to start going to bed earlier, too.0
