January 2016 Multisport Challenge. Anyone can join in. New & Old. However, you must complete more than one sport.
Anybody want to join me for a multisport challenge? Set a goal and mark it every day here.
You can do any COMBINATION of swim, cycle, run, walk, treadmill, yoga or whatever it is that you do! Just be consistent. Your goals are your goals.
You can set your goal now but wait until Friday January 1st to start logging!

Saturday 2 January -- 52.06 km with 613 metres of climbing. Plus wind. Plus ... surprisingly chilly. My feet were quite cold when I got in.
Plus 0.6 km walk to get shortbread cookie making supplies.
Sunday 3 January -- 32.8 km!! And that brings 8 days in a row of cycling to an end.
I was kind of hoping to do a flat route, and the first 20 km wasn't too bad, but then it got hilly. Oh well, I'm starting to get used to that.
Plus 1 km walk.

As always, my goal is to do what my coach tells me tells me to do....but the overall goal for 2016 is SPEED. I want to try to qualify for USAT Nationals this year (Iron Girl is my best bet for that).0

January 2016 Multisport Challenge. Anyone can join in. New & Old. However, you must complete more than one sport.
Anybody want to join me for a multisport challenge? Set a goal and mark it every day here.
You can do any COMBINATION of swim, cycle, run, walk, treadmill, yoga or whatever it is that you do! Just be consistent. Your goals are your goals.
You can set your goal now but wait until Friday January 1st to start logging!
This can also be done on multi different apps that are fun and everyone can see what each and everyone of doing.0
