 Successes/struggles this week: Eating at home more often helps with the cal intake and sodium. I've stuck with the exercise. The scale doesn't move too quickly so I'm trying to focus on other measurements: Blood pressure is down so I'll take that as a win. Ho hum....slow is better than nothing but it can be so discouraging. I find it nearly impossible to stick with 1500 mg of sodium. Seems unrealistic.0

 So struggle this week was trying to fill the bottomless pit without going overboard. Haven't quite figured the answer out on that one. Maybe tons more of the healthy stuff and less on the chocolate? That'd be a good start maybe. 0 0
