    Successes/struggles this week: I have been going harder at the gym, mostly following my calorie intake all week. Drinking enough water. But weight still the same??

    My stomach does look smaller, I can fit in my older jeans. It fits close to when I was at 147 lbs?

    Next up I am going to watch "That Sugar Film"

    Successes This Week: Not a clue how I am losing weight after spending a week on my back waiting for my back procedure. Ate all my calories. 2nd week in a row like this. I will have to monitor daily to slow down loss rate.

    Struggles: Boredom from lack of activity. Taking recent success for granted.

    Successes/struggles this week: I don't think I've had any successes this week. Gained weight based on my TOTM. Feeling frustrated, and hate that I cannot get enough water down, and just sit around feeling sorry for myself, thus not exercising. I hope this week will be better all around.

    Successes/struggles this week: I made a lot more food than I usually do, which helped eating AND spending, can you believe it?
    But school stress put me right back on the munchies and my girlfriend really likes eating out / eating crap, because it's easy and she's rather thin and unconcerned with weight. I think she and I shall have a serious chat to see if we can get on the same page here.

    Struggles/Successses this week: I struggled with make good food choices. I still stayed around my calorie allotment but I know I didn't need to eat chips, popcorn and cookies all on the same day. Treat myself but limit it. My success was I went to the gym Monday- Friday during my lunch.
