    Monthly staff pizza lunch meeting and a work cake for ny birthday meant some slightly bad food choices yesterday but...still tried to be careful. I'm seizing the day today and starting off with a Frankenshake. Have a fabulous day lovies!

    I'm right there with you Fluffy. Yesterday was horrible for me in terms of calories. The hubby and I went on a double date with good friends we hadn't seen in a while and...well....lots of beers were had. I'm trying to focus on the fact that I at least made good calorie choices the rest of the day and drank a ton of water.

    But, it's a new day! Hopefully the weigh in I'll post in here on Sunday will be a good one!

    Walked w/DH and grandpuppy this morning (7.00 total miles for 15,261 steps)then got on the recumbent bike for 13.50 miles in 45 mins then helped out in 1st grade. A good day!

    I would like to come on board. I turned 78 on January 26th. I just can't seem to get in the proper frame of mind. I need to be accountable and stay focused. How do I begin?

    I'm down to 1200 calories (or the adjusted equivalent according to mfp). Working out every day when I get off work, clocking at least a mile on the treadmill and walking to and from work.

    Ops I just realized that I gave myself an extra 10lbs lol - I am in Australia so usually think in kgs...my start weight was 154lbs not 164 so I will record both:

    SW 29 Jan 154lb (69.9kg)
    GW 144lb (65kg)

    Would love to join in as have exactly 10lb left to lose. I'm going to the gym three times a week and attempting to stick to a balanced diet with 1200 cals a day. I'm also using a fitbit.
