Monthly staff pizza lunch meeting and a work cake for ny birthday meant some slightly bad food choices yesterday but...still tried to be careful. I'm seizing the day today and starting off with a Frankenshake. Have a fabulous day lovies!0

I'm right there with you Fluffy. Yesterday was horrible for me in terms of calories. The hubby and I went on a double date with good friends we hadn't seen in a while and...well....lots of beers were had. I'm trying to focus on the fact that I at least made good calorie choices the rest of the day and drank a ton of water.
But, it's a new day! Hopefully the weigh in I'll post in here on Sunday will be a good one!0 -
